After filming for The Green Way Outdoors TV show at Canada’s Lake Simcoe, Jeff and Kyle kept the cameras rolling for a vlog as AJ and Ryan headed back onto the ice to try their luck pulling up perch. Before hitting the lake, they checked out Canada’s breakfast scene and caused a little chaos at Walmart. Then it was time to get back out on Lake Simcoe and see what the day had in store.
Heading out on their Ski-Doo, a calm morning quickly turned into a battle with brutal conditions. The wind was crazy, temperatures climbed to nearly 50 degrees, and the ice started melting fast. What began as a normal day of ice fishing in Ontario turned into a serious test as warm weather, slushy ice, and changing conditions made getting around harder by the hour.
