You may unsubscribe from each sender’s promotional emails by using the unsubscribe instructions included in that sender’s emails. Unsubscribing from The Green Way Outdoors’ emails may not automatically unsubscribe you from emails sent independently by participating sponsors. Similarly, unsubscribing from one participating sponsor may not unsubscribe you from other participating sponsors.

If you are selected as a potential winner, we may disclose information reasonably necessary to verify your eligibility, transfer or deliver prizes, and satisfy legal or tax requirements to relevant prize providers, Federal Firearms Licensees, shipping providers, professional advisers, and government authorities. This may include your name, contact information, mailing address, age or eligibility information, tax information, and information necessary to coordinate a lawful firearm or ammunition transfer. We do not disclose this winner-verification or transfer information to participating sponsors for unrelated marketing purposes.

For each giveaway, sweepstakes, contest, or promotion, the participating sponsors who may receive entrant email addresses will be identified in the applicable Official Rules or entry page before entry.

D. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or to protect our rights, users, or the Site.

4. Embedded Content and Third-Party Features

Some pages may include embedded content (for example, videos from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Vimeo, or other content and social platforms).
