Hunting with Green, LLC is referred to in these Official Rules as “TGWO.”

Participating sponsors, prize providers, and promotional partners may include Bass Pro Shops, Boss Shotshells, Savage Arms, Summit, LEM Products, Rufus Teague, Wilderness Athlete, Ego Fishing, onX Hunt, Buck Knives, Carlson’s Choke Tubes, Nosler, and any other participating sponsors identified by TGWO on the entry page or in these Official Rules.

TGWO, participating sponsors, prize providers, promotional partners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, advertising partners, and social media platforms used to promote the Sweepstakes are collectively referred to as the “Sweepstakes Entities.”

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of eligible U.S. states and who are twenty-one years of age or older at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and anywhere prohibited or restricted by law.

Entrants must be legally eligible to own, possess, receive, and transfer firearms and ammunition under all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, contractors, and immediate family members of TGWO, participating sponsors, prize providers, and Sweepstakes Entities are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family includes spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses, whether or not they live in the same household. Persons living in the same household as any such individuals, whether legally related or not, are also ineligible.

By entering, each entrant agrees fully and unconditionally to these Official Rules and TGWO’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and will remain open until a closing date announced by The Green Way Outdoors, subject to the terms below. The period during which eligible entries may be submitted is referred to as the “Entry Period.”

The Green Way Outdoors will announce the closing date of the Entry Period at least fourteen calendar days in advance by:

1. sending an administrative email to the email address provided by each entrant; and
2. posting the closing date on the official Sweepstakes entry page.

In no event will the Entry Period remain open later than December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

Entries received before the Entry Period begins or after the announced closing date and time will be disqualified.

TGWO’s computer or Sweepstakes entry platform will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

TGWO may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes only as permitted under these Official Rules if fraud, technical failure, legal restriction, security issues, or circumstances beyond TGWO’s reasonable control materially affect the administration, integrity, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, eligible entrants may enter by visiting:

To enter, an eligible entrant must complete the official online entry form and provide all required information, which may include:

• Full name;
• Email address;
• State of residence;
• Confirmation that the entrant is twenty-one years of age or older;
• Agreement to these Official Rules and TGWO’s Privacy Policy;
• Acknowledgment of TGWO and participating sponsor email communications and information sharing as described in these Official Rules.

Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address during the Entry Period. Entries in excess of this limit are void.

Automated entries, bot entries, duplicate entries, fraudulent entries, incomplete entries, inaccurate entries, and entries submitted through unauthorized methods are void.

TGWO is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, corrupted, undeliverable, or misdirected entries.

If an entrant submits an entry using a mobile device, message and data rates may apply. Entrants should consult their wireless service provider for details.

6. Required Entry Acknowledgments

To enter, each entrant must confirm that they are twenty-one years of age or older.

Each entrant must also agree to the following or substantially similar language:

7. Email Sharing and Promotional Communications

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant understands, acknowledges, and agrees that TGWO may collect the entrant’s name and email address and may share that name and email address with the participating sponsors identified in these Official Rules or on the entry page.

Participating sponsors may use entrant email addresses to send promotional, marketing, educational, product, or brand-related communications.

Participating sponsors receiving entrant name and email information may include:

Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the applicable sender’s emails.

Unsubscribing from emails sent by The Green Way Outdoors may not automatically unsubscribe an entrant from emails sent independently by participating sponsors. Similarly, unsubscribing from one participating sponsor may not unsubscribe an entrant from other participating sponsors.

TGWO will not disclose entrant phone numbers, mailing addresses, date of birth information, age-verification information, tax information, FFL information, background check information, identification documents, or firearm-transfer information to participating sponsors for unrelated marketing purposes unless expressly disclosed at or before entry.

8. Winner Selection

After the Entry Period closes, The Green Way Outdoors will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The random drawing will take place during a livestreamed event on a date and at a time selected by The Green Way Outdoors. The Green Way Outdoors will announce the livestream date, time, platform, and viewing information at least fourteen calendar days in advance by:

1. sending an administrative email to the email address provided by each entrant; and
2. posting the information on the official Sweepstakes entry page.

The livestream drawing will take place no later than December 31, 2026.

Entrants are not required to watch, attend, respond during, or otherwise participate in the livestream to remain eligible or win. Watching or attending the livestream will not improve an entrant’s odds of winning.

The Green Way Outdoors will send the notices described above to the email address submitted with each entry. The Green Way Outdoors is not responsible for an entrant’s failure to receive an email because of an incorrect address, spam filtering, inbox settings, delivery failure, or other circumstances outside The Green Way Outdoors’ reasonable control. Entrants should monitor the official Sweepstakes entry page for updates.

If technical difficulties prevent the livestream from taking place as announced, The Green Way Outdoors may postpone or reschedule the drawing. The Green Way Outdoors will send entrants notice of the replacement date and will post the updated information on the official Sweepstakes entry page.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The person selected during the livestream will be considered a potential winner only, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The potential winner will be notified separately by email and must respond within forty-eight hours of The Green Way Outdoors’ notification.

If the potential winner does not respond within forty-eight hours, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to complete required documents, fails to pass any required background check, cannot legally receive the firearm or ammunition prize, fails to provide required FFL or delivery information, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

TGWO may select alternate potential winners as needed. If no eligible winner is confirmed after reasonable attempts, TGWO may cancel the award of the prize or handle the prize as permitted by law.

9. Firearm and Ammunition Prize Conditions

The firearm prize is a Savage 110 Carbon Hunter .308 rifle.

The firearm prize must be transferred through a federally licensed firearms dealer.

The firearm will not be shipped directly to the winner.

Winner must be legally eligible to own, possess, receive, and transfer the firearm and ammunition under all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.

Winner must complete all required paperwork and must pass all required background checks before receiving the firearm. This may include completion of ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check through the transferring Federal Firearms Licensee.

Winner is responsible for selecting an eligible Federal Firearms License dealer, subject to TGWO’s approval, and providing TGWO with the necessary FFL information.

TGWO or participating sponsors will cover standard shipping costs for prize delivery unless otherwise determined by TGWO. Winner is responsible for all FFL transfer fees, background check fees, dealer fees, taxes, and any other costs associated with accepting, transferring, possessing, or using the firearm or ammunition prize unless expressly stated otherwise by TGWO.

If the winner fails any required background check, is prohibited from owning or possessing a firearm or ammunition, lives in a jurisdiction where any prize is prohibited or restricted, fails to provide required FFL information, fails to complete required paperwork, or cannot legally accept the firearm or ammunition for any reason, the winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize in its entirety. TGWO may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner.

No cash equivalent or substitute prize will be provided to a winner who cannot legally accept the firearm or ammunition prize.

TGWO reserves the right to require the ammunition prize to be shipped to an FFL, licensed ammunition vendor, or other legally authorized recipient if required by applicable law or deemed necessary by TGWO.

10. Winner Documents

Potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where permitted by law, IRS Form W-9, and any other documents reasonably required by TGWO.

Potential winner may also be required to provide information necessary to verify eligibility, confirm legal ability to receive the prize, coordinate prize delivery, coordinate lawful firearm or ammunition transfer, and satisfy tax or legal obligations.

Failure to complete and return required documents within the time period specified by TGWO may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

Winner should not send sensitive tax, identity, or firearm-transfer documents through unsecured methods unless instructed by TGWO through a secure or appropriate process.

11. Taxes and Expenses

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes, fees, costs, and expenses associated with accepting, receiving, transferring, possessing, or using the prize, except for standard shipping costs covered by TGWO or participating sponsors.

TGWO cannot provide tax advice. Winner should consult with a tax professional regarding any tax obligations related to accepting the prize.

TGWO may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation if required by law.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for TGWO and participating sponsors to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, city, state, biographical information, prize information, statements, photographs, video, and other content related to the Sweepstakes for advertising, publicity, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

Nothing in this section requires a winner to agree to publicity rights where prohibited by applicable law.

13. General Conditions

TGWO reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, submits false information, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, attempts to defraud TGWO or any entrant, uses automated entry methods, or otherwise acts in violation of these Official Rules.

TGWO is not responsible for technical failures, website errors, platform errors, communication failures, unauthorized access, lost data, corrupted data, delayed entries, misdirected entries, or any other issue that may affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including fraud, technical failure, platform failure, natural disaster, legal restriction, security breach, supply issue, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond TGWO’s reasonable control, TGWO reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and select a winner from eligible entries received prior to the issue, or in any other manner TGWO deems fair and appropriate.

TGWO reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and to make all decisions regarding the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion. TGWO’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

14. Release of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless TGWO, participating sponsors, prize providers, promotional partners, social media platforms, advertising partners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, death, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, transfer, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.

This release applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. No Warranty

The Sweepstakes and all prizes are provided “as is.”

TGWO makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Sweepstakes or any prize, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Any manufacturer warranties, if available, are provided by the applicable manufacturer and not by TGWO.

16. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be handled in accordance with TGWO’s Privacy Policy, available at:

By entering, entrants acknowledge that their name and email address may be shared with participating sponsors identified in these Official Rules or on the entry page and that those participating sponsors may send promotional communications as described in these Official Rules and TGWO’s Privacy Policy.

If an entrant is selected as a potential winner, TGWO may collect and disclose information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, transfer or deliver prizes, and satisfy legal or tax requirements to relevant prize providers, Federal Firearms Licensees, shipping providers, professional advisers, and government authorities.

TGWO does not disclose winner-verification or firearm-transfer information to participating sponsors for unrelated marketing purposes unless expressly disclosed and permitted by law.

17. Social Media Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes may be advertised or promoted on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or other social media platforms.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

By entering, each entrant releases Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and any other social media platform used to promote the Sweepstakes from any and all liability arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes.

Entrants understand that they are providing information to TGWO and not to any social media platform.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and TGWO in connection with the Sweepstakes.
